Irish Youth Choir – 2018
My time in Irish Youth Choir provided me with an extensive amount of musicianship skills. Irish Youth Choir is a ten day course facilitated in the University of Limerick where you rehearse from 9am to 9pm every day except for the 9th and 10th day, because you are doing a concert in Limerick on the 9th day and a concert in Dublin on the 10th day. Pieces we performed included Bruckner’s Os justi and Cecilia MacDowall’s I know that my Redeemer Liveth. MacDowall’s piece can be heard below:
